Mixed field greens tossed with julienne chicken, sun dried tomatoes, capers, pinenuts, black olives and Romano cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette

Tender young shrimp in our own blend of seasonings and mayonnaise, served on a bed of lettuce accompanied with fresh fruit
Kansas City Roast Beef
Roast beef topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms, Monterey Jack and Swiss cheeses baked, served on Focaccia bread, accompanied by fries

skewered chicken marinated in coconut milk, served with a Thai peanut dipping sauce

rolled flank steak with water chestnuts, scallions in a Szechwan sauce

mixed field greens tossed with sundried tomatoes, capers, pinenuts, black olives and romano cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette

Filet Mignon
Served with béarnaise sauce

sautéed boneless breast of chicken stuffed with brie cheese and spinach, topped with a creamy peppercorn sauce
Rockfish Fruit de Mer
Fresh rockfish sauteed with shrimp, scallops and lobster finished in lobster sherry sauce
